Distance Sales Agreement & Pre-Contract Information Form

Prepared in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1. Parties

Buyer: The natural or legal person who completes the order form on the site and purchases the product offered for sale.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product described below, ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website www.radxpedia.com.

3. Product Information

Product images and descriptions are valid as of the date published on the site and may be updated based on stock/print availability. For installment payments, any surcharge based on the number of installments selected is added to the total amount and clearly shown on the payment screen before confirmation.

4. General Provisions

• The Buyer acknowledges having read and understood the pre-contract information regarding the essential characteristics, sale price, payment method, and delivery of the product, and confirms this electronically.
• The product is delivered to the address specified by the Buyer at the time of order. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays or damages arising from an incomplete or incorrect address.
• The Seller reserves the right to reasonably extend the delivery period in the event of force majeure (natural disaster, courier-related disruptions, fire, strike, etc.) or unforeseen circumstances; the Buyer will be informed in such cases.
• The product will not be delivered to the Buyer until the full price has been collected.

5. Uyuşmazlıkların Çözümü

İşbu sözleşmeden doğan uyuşmazlıklarda, Ticaret Bakanlığı'nca ilan edilen değere kadar Alıcı'nın yerleşim yerindeki Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ile Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

Based on the right-of-withdrawal provisions of Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1. Withdrawal Period

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. To exercise this right, it is sufficient to notify the Seller in writing within this period, via info@radxpedia.com or by phone at +90 532 365 99 75.

2. Return Conditions

• The product being returned must be unused, with undamaged pages, in resalable condition, and if possible, sent with its original packaging.
• The product must be sent to the return address below via DHL Kargo. For returns made within the withdrawal period, the shipping cost is borne by the Seller; if shipped through a carrier other than the Seller's designated partner, the shipping cost may be borne by the Buyer.
• The product price will be refunded to the Buyer's original payment method within 10 days of the withdrawal notice reaching the Seller.

3. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

If the product is returned worn, used, with damaged pages, or no longer in resalable condition, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the refund or to reduce the refund amount proportionally.

Delivery and Payment Terms

Delivery times and payment methods related to the ordering process.

1. Payment Methods

Payments are collected online via PayTR's Virtual POS infrastructure on the site, by credit or debit card, secured with 3D Secure verification, at the moment the order is placed. Card details are not stored by the Seller; payment is processed through PayTR's secure payment page.

2. Installment Payments

• Credit card payments may be made in installments of up to 12 months.
• Any surcharge arising from the number of installments selected is added to the total amount, and the Buyer confirms the final total shown on the payment screen before completing the transaction.
• Available installment options may vary depending on the Buyer's card-issuing bank and PayTR's current agreements.

3. Delivery Time and Method

The time for the package to reach the Buyer may vary depending on DHL Kargo's delivery region. Entering complete and accurate address information is important for timely delivery.

4. Invoice

The invoice for the order is issued as an e-invoice/e-archive invoice based on the information provided by the Buyer at the time of order, and sent to their email address.

Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice

Prepared in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Gökhan Yılmaz (RadXpedia), acting as the data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed

• Identity and contact information: full name, email address, phone number
• Order and delivery information: delivery address, order contents and quantity
• Transaction security information: payment transaction records (card details are not held by the Seller; they are processed by the payment provider/bank)

3. Purposes of Processing

• Creating the order record and completing payment (via PayTR)
• Establishing the order and sales agreement, delivering and invoicing the product
• Responding to customer support requests
• Fulfilling legal obligations (invoicing, accounting records, etc.)

4. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, including "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract," "fulfilling a legal obligation," and "the data controller's legitimate interest, provided this does not harm the data subject's fundamental rights and freedoms."

5. Data Transfer

Your personal data may be shared with DHL Kargo for delivery purposes, with the payment provider PayTR for payment collection, and with authorized public authorities where legally required. Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the periods required by applicable legislation (for example, 5 years for invoices and commercial books under the Tax Procedure Law) or for as long as the processing purpose requires, and is deleted/anonymized at the end of that period.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request deletion/destruction, and to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom your data was transferred. 8. Cookies

The site may use a limited level of cookies for basic functionality and to improve the user experience. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings.

1. General

This site is operated by Gökhan Yılmaz (RadXpedia). The content on the site (text, images, positioning cards, design) is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the Seller's written permission.

2. Nature of the Content

The books and content within the RadXpedia series are for educational purposes only. The content must not be used under any circumstances for clinical decision-making, diagnosis, or treatment. Radiographic protocols should be evaluated under the supervision of a qualified professional, together with each institution's own quality and safety procedures.

3. Limitation of Liability

The Seller exercises reasonable care to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information on the site, but cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the content.

4. Account and Form Information

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered into order and contact forms. The Seller cannot be held responsible for communication/delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Right to Modify

The Seller reserves the right to update these terms of use, prices, and site content without prior notice. The updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page.

6. Governing Law

These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
